Occupational Safety and Health Management System

The Company's Occupational Safety and Health Management System is in compliance with CNS 45001:2018, TOSHMS (valid until August 25, 2028), and ISO 45001:2018 (valid until August 25, 2028).


The Company has established an Occupational Safety and Health Office, which focuses on enhancing the safety management of the work environment and personal safety of employees through the implementation of management systems. We regularly conduct environmental assessments and employee health checks as required by law and organize various training courses to raise employees' hazard awareness and reduce the occurrence of hazards. Occupational health professionals are also assigned to the plant to provide health consultations and other services, ensuring the safety and health of our employees. To ensure the effectiveness of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, we conduct one internal audit, one external audit/verification, and one external review every three years.


The Company’s Occupational Safety and Health Management System includes the following activities: Occupational Safety and Health Committee, Safety and Health Inspections, Workplace Environment Monitoring, Employee Health Checks and Health Consultations, and Employee Education and Training.


Occupational Safety and Health Committee Meetings :

The committee meets once a quarter or as necessary for emergency meetings to discuss safety and health management, health management, occupational accident investigation reports, automatic inspections, and labor representative participation.


Safety and Health Inspections :

Regular safety and health inspections are conducted weekly. Work safety guidance is provided, and any unsafe behaviors, environments, conditions, and facilities identified are addressed through two-way communication and coordination to improve them.


Workplace Environment Monitoring :

In May and November each year, qualified vendors are entrusted to monitor dust, noise, and chemicals. The results are compiled and announced, and any areas with abnormalities are promptly improved.


Employee Health Checks and Health Consultations :

In November to December each year, qualified medical institutions are entrusted to conduct health checks for employees, with consultations provided based on the results. A professional occupational physician is scheduled for on-site consultations once a month.


Employee Education and Training :

New employee safety and health education, as well as annual safety and health training for current employees.
